Hands down my favorite diner place in the UK. The place is not only ridiculously cheap, but they have tv, wifi and a friendly staff along with great tasting food. I received portions 3 times the size I usually get in the states for the same price here. The food was actually pretty good... although I typically don't eat chips with toast, beans and bacon. It was an interesting take and it was delicious. ^^

Yeah, forget about going to the dime-a-dozen trendy cafés and paying £15 for a badly poached egg on toast and a horrible salty cup of coffee. Bungalows is a good old-fashioned greasy spoon caf, where for £6 you can get a full English with toast and tea, delivered quickly and without hassle. There's free wifi, nice and spacious tables, and great service. It's not Michelin star, but the food is as good as, if not better than, the gimmicky, wanky, overpriced, shockingly-managed excuses for cafés you get around these parts.
